The university has been the target of a cyberattack and remains fully mobilised to restore digital services as quickly as possible. We understand the difficulties that this exceptional situation may cause and are doing everything possible to minimise its impact on your studies.

Please find below information addressing a number of frequently asked questions:

1. Third-year undergraduate students participating in the Mon Master supplementary admission phase

If you were unable to download your transcript before MonDossierWeb became unavailable:

  • L3 students in Paris (except MOD Management programme): please contact Ms Aude GRANGIER.
  • L3 students in the MOD Management programme: please contact Ms Anne-Laure MELENEC.
  • Students on the Melun campus: please contact Mr Benjamin ROESCH.

2. Undergraduate resit examination session

The resit examination session will take place from Wednesday, 1 July. The detailed examination timetable for the Paris and Melun campuses will be published from Thursday, 25 June on Celcat Calendar.

For online degree programmes, students will be informed of the examination schedule by their academic administration as soon as possible via Celcat Calendar.

3. Online English test for Master's Year 2 students

The test is once again accessible and has been extended until Thursday, 3 July at 11:59 p.m.

4. Reopening of academic administration offices

  • The undergraduate student services offices at the Assas and Vaugirard centres will reopen on Thursday, 25 June, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • From Friday, 26 June, student services offices will resume their normal opening hours.

Outside reception hours, staff continue to respond to requests submitted by email. Students on the Melun campus are encouraged to contact their academic administration primarily by email.

5. Learning resources

  • Online learning resources (Moodle) are once again accessible.
  • The Assas Centre Library is open from 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • The Vaugirard Centre Library is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Reminder: Master's dissertation defences will proceed as scheduled at the Panthéon Centre.
